Terms
Offer terms
Short, and meant to be read.
- 1.For stores that are new to Hidden and move their catalogue from another platform, by importing it or recreating it.
- 2.One claim per store, and the offer applies once per store.
- 3.We check the store link you send. Approval is at our discretion, and we may ask for more proof that the store is yours.
- 4.An approved store gets Pro for 90 days at no charge. Nothing renews and no payment details are needed: afterwards the store returns to Free unless you buy a plan.
- 5.If the store already runs a paid Pro period, the 90 days are added to its end. A running Starter period is upgraded to Pro from the day of approval, for 90 days or until the paid Starter period would have ended, whichever is later, so no paid day is lost. Enterprise stores cannot claim.
- 6.The usual Terms and content rules apply. Legal digital goods only.
- 7.We may change or end the offer at any time. Claims sent before then are still reviewed.
The offer sits on top of the Terms of service, which apply as usual.

Switching, answered
Any platform where you ran a store selling digital goods. The claim form lists Shoppex, SellAuth, Sell.app, Komerza, Macan Sell, Sellpass, Billgang, Sellix, and "Another platform" covers the rest.
The public link to your store on the other platform. If the link alone does not show the store is yours, we may ask for more, such as a screenshot of your seller dashboard.
The store returns to Free and its 3.8% fee. Nothing is charged, nothing renews and nothing is deleted. If you want to keep Pro, buy it from Billing whenever you like.
Yes. The 90 free days are added to the end of your current Pro period. Enterprise stores cannot claim, since Enterprise already includes everything in Pro.
Each store is reviewed on its own, and each needs its own catalogue moved from another platform. One claim per store, and the offer applies once per store.
A person reviews every claim, and we email you the result either way. If a claim is declined you get the reason and can send a new one with more proof.
